Political action refers to any mode of action that brings pressure on political or governmental agencies and/or individuals in order to persuade them to take positive environmental positions similiar to your own.
Ecomanagement is simply a word used to describe any positive physical action taken with respect to the environment. Examples include picking up someone else's litter or helping a private agency buy and preserve an ecologically-important forest.
Legal action is just that, taking legal action or helping support legal action that relies on the applicable laws to prevent environmental damage or protect ecologically-important systems.
